Our Mission

We work across fields and professions, with researchers, educators, students, professors, digital media creators, clinicians, and relevant professionals, to build a healthier future by elevating the way health is taught and communicated.

Young people today grow up in a digital world. Traditional classes often lack the time, communication skills, and passionate teaching needed to captivate students, even when topics are essential. At the same time, screen time is high, especially among youth. As a result, the most influential health education does not always come from teachers or textbooks. It comes from those who can communicate health in ways that reach people where they are, and make a healthy lifestyle feel attractive and possible. We focus on youth because it is the most important time to support a lifelong healthy life.

Mission List:

⋄ Advance modern health communication, especially in digital spaces.

⋄ Reduce misinformation and health related insecurity.

⋄ Promote positive and practical lifestyle habits that are grounded in evidence.

⋄ Create impact in classrooms, communities, and digital environments.

⋄ Improve research in health in digital spaces

Read More About Us

Health is shaped long before adulthood. Young people form habits, perceptions, and beliefs that influence health and welllbeing for decades. Traditional education systems rarely have the time or resources to engage with health in a way that connects with daily experience. Digital platforms have become the environments in which identity, knowledge, and aspiration are shaped. These environments are powerful, but they often present health information through the lens of sensationalism. The result is a growing divide between available knowledge and what people experience.

qp360 works in this gap. We strengthen health education through research, developmental education, and collaborations that elevate the quality and responsibility of health information in digital spaces. Our mission is to reshape how health is understood, taught, and communicated during the most formative years of life. Our purpose is to improve the relevance of health education, to support better decision making, to contribute to long-term reductions in preventable disease and premature mortality, and to give everyone the chance to live a more active, healthier life.

Our origins lie in a group of health researchers at Heidelberg University who shared a central concern. Young people are surrounded by information, but many struggle to form a clear understanding of their own health, identity, and ability to act. What began as a focused academic inquiry grew into an international community of researchers, students, clinicians, educators, innovators, creators, and relevant professionals. The initiative remains closely connected to research practice while developing applied models of communication and learning. Our work is guided by a long-term commitment to integrity and social responsibility.

The scientific and societal rationale for qp360 is clear. Noncommunicable diseases account for the majority of deaths worldwide. Behavioural and environmental factors influence a substantial proportion of these outcomes. Perception, social norms, access to knowledge, and communication shape these factors from early life. Evidence shows that higher levels of understanding and critical thinking are linked with better health outcomes. Information alone is insufficient. Information must be credible, relevant, and meaningful to the lived reality of young people.

The approach of qp360 is organized around several principles. Perception is viewed as a central determinant of behaviour. Scientific rigor underpins all analysis and communication. Relevance to everyday life guides the design of educational formats. Respect for young people shapes the tone and structure of each resource. Continuous questioning reflects the organisation’s name and philosophy—question percepetion from every angle. qp360 examines health perception from every angle, three hundred sixty degrees.

The core areas of work are interconnected. Research and insight activities analyse how young people interpret health information and how digital environments influence beliefs about risk, capability, and identity. Findings are translated into accessible formats through broader academic and professional channels. Education and community programmes connect scientific understanding with lived experience. These sessions foster critical thinking, strengthen positive attitudes toward self-care, and provide practical skills that support healthier lives.

Modern health education increasingly unfolds in digital spaces. qp360 supports creators, educators, and communicators who engage these spaces with care and integrity. Activities include the recognition of responsible digital health communication, the development of adaptable educational materials, thematic frameworks for collaborative content, and opportunities for exchange between professionals.

Community building is central to the organisation’s vision. qp360 connects researchers, clinicians, educators, communication experts, designers, entrepreneurs, and students. Collaborative work is structured with clear expectations and roles. The aim is to create an ecosystem in which research, practice, and communication reinforce one another and in which youth health is approached with intellectual seriousness, emotional intelligence, and real-world awareness.

The long-term vision of qp360 is a healthier world supported by stronger health literacy and more equitable access to meaningful education. The future qp360 works toward is one in which health information in digital environments becomes a reliable source of guidance. A future in which young people enter adulthood with a foundation of understanding and self-awareness. A future in which educators, clinicians, and communicators who uphold high standards are recognised and supported. A future in which the burden of preventable disease is reduced through better education and better perception.

qp360 continues to grow as an organization driven by research, shaped by cooperation, and guided by a commitment to lasting impact in health education.
